Criminal facts
On October 5, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court. On August 29, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On April 27, 2006, the Seoul East District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On April 27, 2006, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in Seongdong-gu District Court on April 27, 2006. On December 20, 2007, the Incheon District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on December 20, 2008. The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.
Criminal facts
At around 01:30 on December 4, 2013, the Defendant, “2013 Man-Ma98”, was intruded through a rooftop for the purpose of theft of the victim’s property in the detached housing located in Seosan-si, the victim D located in C, and opened the above door door, which was not unlocked with the victim’s office door through stairs, but was obstructed by the victim’s escape from the victim’s house.
