On September 20, 2019, at around 19:16, the Defendant: (a) reported comments written by the victim C in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); (b) sent the victim’s letter “to dial-a-a-mail” to the victim; (c) on December 14, 2019, the victim reported new comments posted by the victim; and (d) sent the victim’s letter “ba-ba-mail” to meet his/her sexual desire, thereby causing sexual humiliation to the victim by using communications media for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire.
