Basic Facts

A. On March 1, 2009, the Plaintiff entered the department of medical college established and managed by the Defendant (hereinafter “C medical department”).

B. The Plaintiff was subject to the first paid disposition on August 14, 2012, on the ground that he/she received each F grade in the “NEM” and “ENG” during the first semester in 2012, and was subject to the second paid disposition on January 20, 2014 on the ground that the average horizontal point of the essential subject was less than 1.75 (hereinafter “second paid disposition”) and the average horizontal point of the essential subject was less than 2.01 in the second paid disposition on the ground that he/she received NN-passssssss from the “HEA” during the second semester in 2015, and that the Plaintiff received NN-Ms’ second paid disposition on the ground that he/she received NN-Mssssss from the “3 paid disposition” (hereinafter “third paid disposition”). The Plaintiff was subject to the second paid disposition on February 13, 2016, and the Plaintiff was subject to the second two and subsequent assessment on the pertinent subject.

Considering the circumstances that passed by, the Plaintiff was determined to be paid by the unanimous opinion of all the professors present at the meeting, and on February 1, 2016, the Plaintiff was removed from the register for the primary reason.
