A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2016 Highest 5791,” was the E-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-

1. On February 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s shopping mall located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around February, 2015, expressed the list of the members of the community in which “G, H, I, and J,” which is not actually a fraternity member, is the successful bidder of the successful bidder’s bid amount of KRW 128 million with the monthly payment of KRW 32,00,000,000,000. If a successful bidder is awarded a successful bidder, he/she would pay the total amount of money if he/she was awarded a successful bidder.” From March 2015 to September 2016, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims from the victim F to the victim’s total amount of KRW 64,960,50 on a 19-day basis, and by deceiving each of the victims from around 16, 2015 to around 4, 196, respectively, by deceiving each of the aforementioned crimes under the pretext of delivery of the victim’s total amount of money.

2. On December 2015, the Defendant, against the “20 daily fraternity,” committed fraud with the victim F at the same place as paragraph 1, namely, K, H, L, M, N, andO, which is not actually a fraternity, in fact recorded with the victim F.
