A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2018, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the following grounds: (a) the victim C, who is a public official of the police station B police box affiliated with the former American Police Station B, dispatched to the scene after receiving a report, to listen to the statement of the victim; and (b) the victim, who heard about about 10 persons of the vessel and the police box sent to the scene; and (c) the victim, who is the victim of the police box affiliated with the police box B of the former American Police Station B, sent out on March 30, 2018, saying, “I am a bit of bitch bitch bitch. I am a bit of bitch bitch son. I am a bit of bitch bitch son.”
