Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2015, at around 16:50, the Defendant assaulted the victim, on the ground that the Defendant resisted against the Defendant’s desire to take part in the game to the Defendant’s friendship, which was seated in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “CPC bank” located in Seocho-gu, by saying, “A bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bit,” and assaulted the Defendant’s desire to take part in the game.
