A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On August 21, 1991, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a special larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on September 12, 1997, six months, imprisonment with prison labor for an attempt to larceny at night at the Incheon District Court's Branch on September 3, 2004, six months, imprisonment with prison labor for intrusion upon a night structure at the Suwon District Court on June 3, 2004, on December 28, 2004 and one year and six months, with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thie) at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 9, 2007; imprisonment with prison labor for each of three years at the Seoul Southern District Court on January 27, 2010; imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts; imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of 10 years from the 16th 10th 16th 20.

The Defendant, from October 3, 2017 to around 23:48 of the same day, was travelling from the first floor of multi-household housing in which the victim G located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and his family reside with the victim G and his family living in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the next holiday.
