Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On August 30, 1991, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on March 30, 1991; three years from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on September 22, 199; one year from imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on June 1, 2005; eight months from imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny; on November 7, 2008; on November 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on November 10, 201, and completed vocational training at the North Korean Prison on April 10, 2015; and on October 16, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. At night, the Defendant: (a) around 20:0 to 24:00 on December 1, 2014, and around 306, the victim E came to have opened and intruded with an entrance locker using a beer knife, which was prepared in advance by the victim E; (b) and (c) emitted from approximately KRW 16 million from the victim’s possession of a living room on the west; and (d) cut off the property worth KRW 17 million in total on two occasions during the period from December 1, 2014 to January 1, 2015, including the list of crimes Nos. 1 and 2.
2. From January 29, 2017 to April 7, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) came to fall under 302 of the victim G lending 302 of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and opened an entrance locker and intruded with the entrance locker in advance by using the tacker knife, and emitted approximately KRW 6.3 million from the victim’s possession, such as one f.3 million visibility, and one f.3 million sight from the market price to April 7, 2017.
