1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the spouse of the deceased C (hereinafter “the Deceased”). On November 2018, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant as follows (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. Of the insurance terms applicable to the instant insurance contract, the major contents relevant to the instant case are as follows.
