Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant did not possess any sold goods, the Defendant expressed a letter to sell goods on the Internet's used goods trading site, thereby raising a mind to obtain money from the Defendant.

At around 12:00 on May 28, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter on the Internet website that “The Defendant would sell the Namyang Pream (Pae xo 4)” and made a false statement that the Defendant would send the goods upon deposit to C with the victim who had contacted the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 45,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant.

From around that time to December 4, 2014, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 49,000 through five times as indicated in the crime list as follows.

1. On February 4, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “The Defendant would sell 18K 2.5 e.g. on the Internet website via a computer at a scam room where it is difficult to know the trade name in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.” The Defendant made a false statement stating that “the Defendant would send 290,000 won to the victim H who contacted with the Defendant by sending 290,000 won at the counter price to the home unit.”

2.
