Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

B The livestock industry, the defendant is engaged in agriculture, and C. The slaughter of livestock shall be conducted in a slaughterhouse permitted by the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, at around 09:00 on January 21, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with B and C, slaughtered 1 marith of Korea-China, which was prepared in advance, and sold approximately KRW 2.7 million to neighboring E, who is a resident of the Republic of Korea.
