Punishment of the crime

1. 3. 모욕 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서 112 신고를 받고 출동한 G파출소 소속 경찰관인 피해자 H이 피고인에게 인적사항을 묻자 화가 나 제1항 기재 F, E 및 성명불상의 손님들이 있는 가운데 피해자에게 큰 소리로 “개새끼야, 내가 뭘했다고 왔느냐”고 수회 반복하여 욕설을 하고, 이에 피해자가 피고인에게 ‘욕설을 하시면 안 됩니다’라고 경고하였음에도 계속하여 피해자에게 “씨발놈아, 개새끼야”라고 욕설을 하였다.
