A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cinti vehicle volume.

1. On August 10, 2014, at around 03:18, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.262% from the section of about 10km from the alcohol house located in the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Gotdo to the front point of the Central Hospital located in the Bupyeong-gu U.S. 446.
