A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who left the custody of a child victim B (the age of 11), was the parent of the child victim, was trying to abandon the custody of the child victim on the ground that the child victim frequently stolens the money of his/her grandparents and does not listen to his/her horses, but was refused due to the reason that there is his/her guardian, etc.

1. On October 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) confiscated the cell phone from the victimized child at the Defendant’s residence located in Young-gu, 12:25 on October 14, 2019; (b) allowed the victimized child to leave the near site located in E in the same city with D Defendant’s car, and (c) allowed the victimized child to leave the said car; and (d) abandoned the victimized child under his/her protection and supervision by leaving the said place by leaving the said place.

2. As indicated in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) abandoned the victimized child as described in paragraph 1; (b) when the victimized child was found to have been reported to 112 by an employee working at G and received the victimized child from the police; (c) had the victimized child go to a more open place; and (d) had the victimized child go back to the reservoir located at H in the air where the Defendant’s car is in an open space with no human resources; and (c) let the victimized child go to the said car; and (d) let the victimized child go from the said car; and (e) let the victimized child go to the said car; and (e) the victimized child go to the said car; and (e) had the victimized child take care of the said vehicle only by leaving the said place without having the victimized child go to the police, while leaving the said place.
