A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 16, 2017, the Defendant, around September 2017, approaching “Carib” located in Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-nam, as a customer, to “Sarib” (one another, another, and seven years of age), and committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which causes a sense of sexual humiliation to a child victim, by hand.

2. On October 2, 2017, around October 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) induced a child victim to smoke in a smoking room at the same place as the above paragraph (1) at around 22:00; (b) made a sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which causes the child to feel sexual humiliation, by putting the child out of his/her inner organ, and her hands off with his/her hands, thereby making the child feel sexual humiliation.

3. On October 3, 2017, around October 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) induced the victimized child to a staff room at the same place as above (i) and (ii) sent the victimized child’s sexual organ to his/her hand; and (c) inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ into the entrance of the victimized child so as to cause the victimized child to have the victimized child promptly perform an obscene act by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the entrance of the victimized child.

4. On October 5, 2017, around 07:00 on October 5, 2017, the Defendant completed a bath at the same place as the above paragraph (1) and told the victimized child taken out from the slope room that “on the face of a little amount, there is a need to shift to the front door or going up on the rooftop”, and the victimized child was sent to the victimized child by inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the front seat and inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the front seat, thereby making the victimized child quickly commit an obscene act against the victimized child.

Accordingly, the Defendant had four times engaged in sexual harassment, such as sexual harassment, which causes a child victim to feel sexual humiliation, or sexual abuse.
