A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 31, 2008, the Defendant: (a) of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) committed a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act; (b) of a summary order of a fine of two million won on the site of Suwon District Court on June 11, 2008; (c) of a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.185% under the influence of alcohol at around 02:30 on the road; (d) of a person driving a DNA car while under the influence of alcohol with a fine of at least 7 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) with a summary order of at least 00,000 won from September 7, 2009; (b) of a vehicle under the influence of alcohol at least 0: (c) of a vehicle under the influence of alcohol at least 10,000,000 won without a driver’s license for the vehicle under the influence of at least 2G driver’s license; and (d) of the above vehicle without any injury;

Around August 15, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) - around 08:15, the Defendant driven a road in front of the Hyundai Motor Maintenance Station located in the same Ri, from the original studio, without a driver’s license, even though he/she is aware of the name that the C TlaXG car is unloading from the tranxG car at the time of Ansan.
