1. 【Criminal Facts】

(a) Where a foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act intends to enter the Republic of Korea, he/she shall undergo an entry inspection at the entry and departure port of entry;

At around 20:00 on May 20, 2020, the Defendants conspired with 6, including the above K and entered and departing from the shores located in Yongsung-si for the sake of Chinese niversity, with the aforementioned conspiracy, and then, the said motor boat was driven on around 11:23 on the 21st day of the same month, and entered the Republic of Korea after being anchored at the coast near the port of port and beach located in the Haan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Yan-gun, Yan-gun.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with the above K and entered the country without undergoing an entry inspection by an immigration control official at the entry port.

(b) Any person or cargo that enters Korea in violation of the Quarantine Act shall undergo a quarantine inspection under the Quarantine Act;

Nevertheless, the Defendants are above K, etc.
