A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Crimes committed on June 8, 2013;

A. On May 2013, the Defendant of the import of marijuana, as well as pro-dong C, was willing to bring about about 10g of marijuana purchased by C from a local person of the Philippines in a house located in the territory of the Republic of Korea, Mari-Mari, Mari-si, Mari-ri, Mari-ri, Mari-ri, Mari-ri.

6. 8. 05:00, at the toilet of an International Airport in the Philippines, the Defendant and C got on an aircraft through the International Airport Search Team in collusion with C at around 09:00 on the same day after having arrived at the Incheon International Airport Port in Jung-gu, Incheon International Airport at around 09:0, and then imported approximately 10g of marijuana in collusion with C.

B. At around 09:30 of the above day, the Defendant, in collusion with C, smoked marijuana in collusion with C by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana among marijuana imported in the street near the above Incheon International Airport parking lot, in a pipe made of tobacco stuffing paper, attaching a fire, and smoking in a way of smoking.

2. A crime committed on July 2, 2014;

A. A. Around July 2, 2014, the Defendant, along with Ma-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong to purchase marijuana from the hemp supply books known to D. D contact with the hemp supply books, and notified the Defendant of the account number to transfer the hemp payments, and the Defendant, around 15:54 on the same day, remitted KRW 90,000 to the F bank account (G) in the name of Korea used by E using the said high-speed bus terminals.

After remitting the price for marijuana as above, the Defendant waiting in a car page in the above high-speed bus terminal, and D around 19:00 on the same day, approximately 6g of marijuana, which was stored at a 78 gh place in the storage of the personal goods of the first floor of the astronomical bus terminal, which is a marijuana storage place notified by E.
