A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Import of marijuana;

A. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant imported marijuana, who had access to the Internet hemp sales site of Denmark, by means of a computer, from the Defendant’s home in Gwangjin-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, 203(F), issued an order for approximately 5g of marijuana and settled it as a bitcos equivalent to USD 80,000, which purchased in advance.

Accordingly, the operator of the above marijuana sales site around that time sealed about 5g marijuana at the insular area below Denmark and sent it to the defendant, and on January 2014, the said mail passed through the customs search unit at the Incheon International Airport Postal Service Center located in the Seocho-gu Incheon International Airport Postal Service Center located in the Seocho-gu Incheon Coast Guard.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana.

B. On January 2014, 2014, the Defendant imported marijuana, who had access to the website “H” of the Netherlands by means of a computer, at the Defendant’s home as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) and settled the payment of approximately KRW 20.67, which was made in advance, as bitcos equivalent to USD 300, which had been purchased.

Accordingly, the operator of the above hemp sales site was sent about 20.6 g of marijuana to the defendant by packing about 20.6 g of marijuana at the site of the Netherlands at that time, and around January 27, 2014, the said postal item passed through the customs search unit at the above International Postal Classification Center around 06:22.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana.

2. At night around February 2, 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana by attaching the marith to the roller spacker a part of marijuana once from the above Defendant’s house bend at night.

3. Around February 6, 2014, the Defendant kept marijuana: (a) around 14:25, at the above Defendant’s house, stored 0.6 g of marijuana in the roller spherfer, or stored it in the spherfus in the spherfus.
