1. Larceny;
A. At around 18:20 on July 14, 2019, the Defendant, at the “C” located on the second floor of the building B in Bupyeong-si, Bupyeong-si, B, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim D’s market value equivalent to KRW 1,00,000, which was placed on the calculation unit; (b) one copy of the transportation card, which was placed on the cellphone 7 mobile phones and the cell phone cases.
B. Around 07:00 on July 20, 2019, the Defendant, from “F” located in Michuhol-gu Incheon E and the third floor of Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and the third floor, the victim G who was a guest, citing the gap in the market price of the victim’s ownership, the Defendant stolen the gap by taking away the gap, such as the anti-proflacing wall and cash 150,000 won in the market price.
C. At around 01:40 on July 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the gap in the three floors of H building in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) caused the victim J by customers by citing one copy of the K Card, which was contained in the victim’s cell phone and cell phone cases worth KRW 900,000,000, at the market price of the victim’s ownership.
At around 01:40 on July 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen the gap of “M” on the second underground floor in Suwon Falle L; (b) the victim N, who was a customer, by citing one copy of the O card, which was contained in Samsung mobile phones and cell phone cases at the market price of the other victim’s ownership.
E. On August 1, 2019, around 10:40 on August 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting the gap in Q “P” located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) the victim R, who was a customer, on the market price of the victim’s ownership, using one copy of the corporate bank card and the S card, which was contained in the U.S. M. and the market
2. Fraud;
A. From June 26, 2019 to November 23:20 of the following day, the Defendant used a computer from around 23:20, to “V” operated by the victim U on the first floor of the building underground in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, as if he would pay the price normally.
However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the fee for use from time to time.
The defendant deceivings the victim as such, and is in the position equivalent to 22,00 won for usage fees from the victim.
