The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. On March 11, 2015, at around 18:10, the Defendant inflicted injury on the part of the president of the University Foundation of the F University on the fourth floor located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul. In order to prevent the Defendant from entering the new president’s room in order to persuade the university students who were the former president of the University G (54 years old) who were the latter president of the F University’s non-affiliated faculty member, the latter president of the F University. In order to prevent the Defendant from entering the new president’s room, the Defendant laid down the victim’s shoulder by hand and pushed down the victim’s shoulder from the latter part of the victim, thereby leaving the victim’s shoulder up to the bottom of the said room for three-day medical treatment.

2. The defendant asserts that the defendant is not guilty since he did not inflict bodily injury on the victim as stated in the facts charged.

As evidence consistent with the facts charged in the instant case, the victim, H and I’s statements at each investigation agency and this court, the witness J’s legal statement, the USB and CD (each video) submitted by the prosecutor, and copies of the diagnosis of injury to the victim.

Among the above evidence, the statement of the victim was sealed by the defendant on his hand from the left side of the victim, and H and I had the shoulder and neck of the victim.

The statement is made to the effect that the defendant got the victim after the victim, and J also made the victim's transfer to the victim.

However, each of the above statements is acknowledged by each image of a photograph submitted by the defense counsel in this court, namely, the following circumstances that the defendant is located on the right side of the victim, namely, where K takes the victim's clothes from behind the victim (on March 11, 2015, 18:10:26), K tights the victim's shoulders, and the defendant at the right side of K is in the right side of K, and the defendant at the right side of K takes the right side of the victim's shoulder back by the NuGun (on March 11, 2015, 18:10:56 on March 11, 201, 205), and at the right side of K, K gets down (on March 11, 2015, 18:10:56 on March 11, 2015), and the distance between the victim's rear and the victim's photograph taken and the damage occurred.
