A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a part-time lecturer at D University Art College E in Gwangju City, and the victim F (V, 19 years old), G (V, 20 years old), and H (V, 19 years old) are students in the first-year course of the aforementioned University I who hear the course of study.

1. The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F, around 18:00 on June 22, 2015, committed an indecent act against the Victim F by forceing the Victim by cutting the Victim’s arms into one of the following parts of the Victim F, where the Defendant reported the Victim’s bending at the top of the second degree of 2nd floor of the Arts College of the said University.

2. Crimes against victims G;

A. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to sit in knee of the victim by putting the victim’s body behind the victim’s own victim, at the time and place under the foregoing paragraph (1).

B. On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force on the victim’s head brooms by brooming the victim’s head brooms from the first grade of study at the pertinent university’s art university I and office around 10:00 on the date; (b) around October 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the victim’s head brooms.

3. Crimes against victims H;

A. On May 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 10:00 on May 2015, and around 10:00 on the date, there is a difference in the length of the bridge between the victim and his/her office in the first year and the office of the said University Art College I. I.D.

The victim heard that he talks with a friendship, "I see it well, I see it," and the victim sees that I am on the wall lease, as I am see the length of the bridge, and rhydddd the victim's pathy committed indecent act by force by rhythizing the victim's pathy.

B. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 18:00 on June 22, 2015, and was taking the first-year course in the first-year course in the education room of the arts university of the said university at around 18:00, and reporting the victim’s presence to the front of the Defendant should not take the back of the victim’s interest.
