Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2016, the Defendant was a person driving a BV car owned by himself, and operated the said vehicle without mandatory insurance from the front of his home in Busan Shipping Daegu on November 13, 2016 to the front of the E cafeteria located in D.
