Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

The defendant is the owner of B Kaman vehicle.

On January 14, 2012, at around 10:40, the Defendant operated the foregoing vehicle at the entrance of Busan Gangseo-gu Airport to the Busan Gangseo-gu Airport.
