Punishment of the crime

Defendant H, on September 7, 2015, sentenced 10 months to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on September 7, 2015, which became final and conclusive on the 9th day of the same month.

Defendant

A is a person with no certain occupation, and Defendant H was engaged in loan brokerage business in the name of “J” in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu I.

1. Defendant A

A. On April 201, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sought a loan to K as collateral a private document forgery and uttering of a falsified document (1) around February 2014, which was known through Internet search; (b) sought a loan to K as collateral without the Defendant’s father’s consent; and (c) the said K notified the Defendant of the method of creating collateral security on his/her own real estate by forging his/her name, after obtaining a driver’s license on behalf of the Defendant residing abroad; and (d) subsequently, he/she obtained a driver’s license on behalf of the said L residing abroad,

Accordingly, on April 1, 2014, the Defendant entered the following as follows: “A”, resident registration number M”, address No. 101, 2503, Songpa-gu N apartment No. 2503, and the address, “L”, and “Seoul Songpa-gu N apartment No. 25, 101, 2503, respectively, with the intention of exercising the right to collateral security on the apartment owned by the Defendant’s father’s father’s L; and then, the Defendant posted the seal of the Dong, who was dismissed from the cross-faced seal stamp on the name of the above L, with the intention of exercising the right to collateral security on the apartment owned by his father.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above K, forged a letter of proxy for the certificate of seal imprint in the name of the above L, a private document on rights and obligations.

(2) In collusion with the above K, the Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in the above paragraph (1), submitted a letter of delegation of the certificate of the seal imprint in the above name of Songpa-gu Office to the public official in charge of the issuance of the certificate of the seal imprint in the name of Songpa-gu Office, who is unaware of
