All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 21, 2017, through January 9, 2018, Plaintiff A received 11, and 8, under the D’s house, a doctor of the hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”) (hereinafter “instant procedure”).

B. On February 27, 2018, Plaintiff A was found to have been subject to diversous administration at the Yangsan National University Hospital.

C. On June 28, 2018, Plaintiff A found the Defendant Hospital on the left-hand side of Haak, and thereafter, Plaintiff A removed all the fixed objects of Haak-gu on July 19, 2018.

E. The plaintiff B is the plaintiff A's person.

2. Judgment on the plaintiff's assertion

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the instant treatment was conducted by the Defendant Hospital, and the Plaintiff A was diagnosed as follows: (a) there had been constant pains on the left-hand side and matho on the left-hand side; (b) thereby, the Plaintiff was diagnosed as “hymalmatitis of hys of hystrophine” and “hystropha of hysome”.

The medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital did not properly control the depth of the process of the instant medical treatment to the left to the left to the uppermost while performing the instant medical treatment, and caused the Plaintiff A to flown the heart to the stroke, thereby making the Plaintiff A to do the surgery.
