1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,639,887 and the interest rate thereon from November 14, 2014 to the date of full payment.

The Defendants’ assertion and determination are asserted to the effect that the Defendant B’s guaranteed liability, a child, was also exempted by the immunity decision of the Defendant C, the representative of the Defendant A church, but the Defendant B’s guaranteed liability is not exempted from the immunity decision (the fact that the Defendant B was declared bankrupt and exempted from the immunity decision does not have any evidence to acknowledge it), and the above assertion is without merit.
