1. The Defendant, even if receiving a purchase price for airline tickets from another person, did not have an intention or ability to purchase airline tickets.

Nevertheless, around July 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Victim C (the South, the 24-year-old) purchased the right of navigation of the Incheon U.S. U.S. U. S. P. P. S. P. S. P. A., the Defendant purchased the right of navigation of the U.S. at the low price using the Kakao Stockholm.

“Falsely speaking, around July 4, 2014, from the victim, 1.350,000 won was remitted from the Defendant’s bank account (Account Number D) in the name of the Defendant as the price for the sale of official tickets. From June 7, 2014 to November 15, 2015, all of them were remitted nine times in total as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. On April 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on the part of the victim B, purchased the Incheon Red Congo aviation ticket that was placed on the “Seman Republic of Korea” carpet; and (b) on the part of the victim B purchased the Defendant’s ticket at the low price using the Kakao Kaka Stockholm.

“A false statement” was made.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to purchase the airline tickets to the victim even if he received the airline tickets from the injured party.

On April 12, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 800,000 to the account (D) in the name of the Defendant on April 12, 2014.

3. On October 3, 2015, the Defendant sold a phone phone to the victim E who reported and contacted 6 opphones “A” on the Internet’s website around October 3, 2015.

“A false statement” was made.

However, even if the defendant receives the mobile phone price from the injured party, he did not have any intention or ability to sell the mobile phone to the injured party.
