Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although slaughter and treatment of livestock should be conducted at the workplace permitted, the Defendant displayed the chickens and ducks within five days from June 6, 2013 to October 17, 2010, without obtaining a slaughter business license from the competent Gu office in the Nowon-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Geumpo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City (166-5, 166-5, and then slaughtered and sold the chickens and ducks to many unspecified customers by using working facilities, such as a sloping flag, water supply facilities, and LPG container.
