A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of cooking and selling salt, chickens, etc. in the trade name of "C" in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government B.

1. Any person who intends to operate a general restaurant business in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall report the business to the competent authority;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from January 31, 2013 to February 28, 2013, without filing a business report in the above C, was equipped with five entrustments and five kitchens in approximately 20 square rooms, and prepared and sold salt, chickens, and so on to customers under his/her name.

2. Slaughtering and treating livestock, collecting milk and processing, packaging and storing livestock products in a place of work permitted;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while raising salt, chickens, etc. at the same time and place as mentioned in the above Paragraph (1), slaughtered salt and chickens using work facilities, such as 1 sclicker, water supply facilities, slicker, LPG containers, etc., and sold them to unspecified customers at a place other than the permitted place of business.
