1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff KRW 29,457,00 and Defendant A Co., Ltd. from September 8, 2016.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff supplied 29,457,000 won to Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”).
B. On July 28, 2016, Defendant B guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligation to pay for the above goods.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 29,457,00,00 and the amount at the rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 8, 2016, the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, and Defendant B from September 22, 2016 to the day of full payment.
3. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and acceptable.
