A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 18:10 on May 28, 2015, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) committed emotional abusive acts that inflict harm on the mental health and development of the victims by allowing the victims in the toilets of the above guard room to view the above video image in light of the victim D (F, 7 years of age, 8 years of age, 6 years of age, 9 years of age, 7 years of age, 5 years of age), and the victims G (ma, South, and 5 years of age).

The Defendant, at around 18:20 on May 28, 2015, shown obscene video images to the victims as described in paragraph (1), at the same place as described in paragraph (1), and committed an indecent act by putting the victims of the victim D (n, 7 years of age), the chest and sound of the victim D (n, 7 years of age), the chest and sound of the victim F (n, 9 years of age), the chest and sound of the victim F (n, 8 years of age), the victim F (n, kn, kn, and the victim E (n, kn, and 8 years of age) on three occasions in his/her hand.
