Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On April 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on April 10, 2010, and proceeded from the port of the sea to the port of the Yellow-gu, Busan, to the port of the Yellow-do, the intersection of the crime in the city of Busan, about 30-40km.
