A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate livestock slaughter business without obtaining permission from the competent Mayor for each workplace.

Nevertheless, from June 7, 2015 to April 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was equipped with slaughter facilities, such as 1st, Doma, 4, knife, 6 knife, 1, 1, knife knife, 2, and 17,000 won per day, and sold 17,000 won per mari (17,000 won per mari) and 2 mari (22,00 won per mari) to customers, who found the said vinyl.

Accordingly, the defendant operated livestock slaughter business without obtaining permission from the competent market.

The same type of punishment as the order shall be determined in consideration of the favorable circumstances and unfavorable circumstances as seen earlier and the conditions of sentencing prescribed in Article 51 of the Criminal Act.
