Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, with respect to Defendant B and C, respectively, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On November 1, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 1, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 31, 2013.
[Criminal facts]
1. Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.
A. B. 2. Defendant B is not a handler of narcotics.
A. A.
