A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall possess, own, use, manage, trade, arrange for the trade, or give or receive 5F-UR-144 (referred to as XL-11, hereinafter referred to as "xL-11") designated as a local mental medicine (JWH-018 and its carcass).

1. X-EL -11 use

A. From the end of 2014 to the early 2015, the Defendant: (a) from “D”, the head of the party that was operated by the Defendant, the Defendant, from the end of 2014, to the early c and 401, used tobacco in a way of smoking, xxel-11 fluoring a fluoring cigarette with a fluence.

On March 12, 2016, the Defendant, at the places described in the foregoing paragraph (b) around March 12, 2016, used tobacco collected from XSEL-1 by festing a fluore and attaching a fire.

2. X-EL -11 Sales mediation;

A. The Defendant introduced EXE-11 to E and agreed to receive money in return, found EXE-1 in the Internet site “J” by means of physical coloring those who will purchase EXE-11, and then introduced EX to E.

Around December 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased XSEL -11 franites from the above E; and (b) sold the above K to 200,000 won in front of L M M M M M M M M M M M amper at the street; and (c) sent 100,000 won among them to E; and (d) arranged to trade the rest of 10,000 won in the way of introduction.
