Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant acquired a total of KRW 310 million from the damaged person as the name of the contract deposit, etc.

Defendant 2, “2017 Highest 311,” is the employee of Corporation D in Northern-gu C at Port, North Korea, and J is the kind of the defendant as the actual operator of the above D.

The Defendant, together with J, received money from the damaged party as the borrowed money to raise funds for the purchase of land in the improvement zone in relation to the L Housing redevelopment and improvement project implemented in the North Korean Peninsula at the port-si, North Korea.

Accordingly, on May 2015, the Defendant is adjacent to the N Hospital located in the Northern-gu M in the Seocho-si, Posi.
