A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The National Housing Fund loan system can be extended up to 70% of the deposit money for the lease on a deposit basis where ordinary people below KRW 50,000 receive a loan from a commercial bank with the above fund from a commercial bank. The 90% of the loan can be compensated for 90% of the loan from a commercial bank even if the Korea Housing Finance Corporation guaranteed the loan in order to collect the loan.
(1) If the member acted as a member of the sub-loan fraud group
D, E, F, and G: (a) through the guarantee of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, a bank was operating a loan review and the recovery of loans; (b) was recruited by a person who applied for a loan in the name of the applicant for a loan; (c) a lessor who is a real estate owner that would conclude a false lease contract; and (d) a lessor and lessee were willing to obtain a loan by deceiving a bank by deceiving a document as if the lessee actually entered into a lease contract and the lessee were working for the company.
The Defendant and H, as seen above, submitted a false charter agreement and a certificate of employment to the bank, and conspired to have the entire charter fund loaned to G and F divided into G and F.
H, on December 12, 2013, at the office of the J-authorized Brokerage Agency located in G in Busan, the Defendant drafted a false lease agreement as if the Defendant leased the amount of KRW 303,000,000,000,000 from H-owned Busan, Busan, and the Defendant applied for a loan of KRW 60,000,000 to employees in charge of the loan at the same location at the bottom of the Victim's National Bank located in the Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and around December 12, 2013, the Defendant was paid KRW 60,000,000,000 from F for the loan of the entire housing loan for workers. The Defendant was paid from the said victimized bank as a loan for the entire housing loan for workers.
