A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2007, the Defendant is a person who violated the prohibition provisions on drinking, such as a summary order of a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving), and a fine of 3 million won for a violation of road traffic laws in the original state support of the Chuncheon District Court on April 24, 2009, by issuing a summary order of 3 million won for a violation of road traffic laws at least twice.
