【Criminal Power】 On April 5, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Medical Service Act at the Incheon District Court on April 5, 201, and six months, and the execution of each sentence was completed on October 28, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】 From April 2, 2020 to April 2, 2020, the Defendant provided the victim C with food equivalent to KRW 100,000,00, in total of the market price of KRW 60,000, market price of the 20,000, including the 12-becker’s disease and the 20,000, market price of the 20,000, market price of the 200,000, and the 20,000,00.

around 20:30 on May 3, 2020, the Defendant, “200 Man-Ma3888”, committed as if he would normally pay the alcohol value to the victim F’s “G” in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and ordered the victim to engage in beer, beer, and singing services.

However, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay the price normally even if he was provided with beer, singing, and singing services by the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, did not pay the amount even though he had been provided with beer nine diseases, beer, and singing services equivalent to a total of 125,000 won in the market value from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property and property benefits by deceiving the victim.

around 01:40 on May 1, 2020, the Defendant: “J” at the main point of “J” operated by the victim I located in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; and even if he did not have a credit card or cash, etc. and did not have an intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received orders for food or alcoholic beverages, he/she is active as if he/she would have paid the price; and the Defendant ordered food and alcoholic beverages to be paid to the victim, and the market price from the victim.
