A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on October 1, 2008, and a fine of four million won for the same crime at the same court on February 9, 2009.

On December 12, 2012, at around 00:09, the Defendant driven the volume of DNA rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.087% from the front day of the Heart-dong in Busan Jung-gu to the front day of the Bupyeong-dong in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and up to approximately 500 meters to the front day of the Busan Jung-dong.
