A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and on February 24, 2014, from the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).

On July 12, 2014, at around 03:40, the Defendant driven BM5 car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.206% without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of approximately 2.8km in the 295-13, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, from the front 23-1, 03:50 on the same day, to the lower day of the HM5 car.
