Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2012, the Defendant is a driver of BT B-B passenger vehicle, and around 09:40 on April 12, 2012, the Defendant driven the said vehicle on a road with approximately 200 meters of the same apartment security room (temporary parking lot) at an apartment apartment underground parking lot located in C-dong Pundong Pundong in a fast manner without the driver’s license of the vehicle.
