Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 23, 2018, the Defendant driving a fol-car under the influence of alcohol content 0.135% from a portion of approximately 1.5km to the next road in front of the mutual influorial parking lot located in the Busan Bluordong, from May 23, 2018, to the fol-car under the influence of alcohol content 0.135%.
2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Franchising car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.135% in blood at the time of paragraph 1, was driving the said car with the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.135%, and was driving from the side of the treatment apartment, the intersection in front of the after apartment at the city of Busan Metropolitan Government, to the southwest of the East Sea.
