Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for up to eight months and by a fine of up to 900,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant: (a) on June 22, 2015, was punished by a fine of one million won for the crime of assault in the Support for Insan of Suwon Friwon, and (b) on January 8, 2016, a fine of one million won for the same crime in the same court on the same day; and (c)

7. 29. The same court was sentenced to a summary order of a fine not exceeding three million won for the same offense.

[Criminal facts]

1. On January 13, 2018, from around 11:30 to 13:00 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s marina business by force for about 1:30 minutes and over 30 minutes, such as: (a) the victim’s “E convenience store operated by the victim D (n, 48 years of age) in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) the victim reported on his/her duties, without any justifiable reason, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s horse business by force.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act;

A. After being arrested as a flagrant offender of the crime of interference with business affairs as above, the Defendant filed a false report, from around 14:05 on January 13, 2018 to about 14:35 on the same day, using his/her cellular phone from G District located in Ansan-si, Seoul, for about 30 minutes from around 14:05 to around 14:35 on the same day.

A false report was made twice through 112 on the fact that police officers had not been detained yet.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported the criminal facts that did not exist to the public official by falsity.

(b) The cancellation of the owner of a government office means the spitation of fracks on the earth bed at least ten times in the state of being taken mainly at the same place as the above A, and the Defendant is placed in a large voice to the police officer in preparation of the document, and is given as follows: (a) the fracks; (b) the fracksia; and (c) the fracksia;

A. The bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, and the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, which had been flicked within the government office for about 30 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.

3. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties in a deceptive scheme, and the Defendant’s cell phone at G District around 14:23, as described in the foregoing 2-A.
