A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a 112 report in the vicinity of the Seosan-si, Ansan-si; (b) around September 23:38, 2017, stating that “the person who was taken in the workplace,” and (c) was under the influence of alcohol from D and E, a police officer belonging to the Ansan-si Police Station, who was under the influence of alcohol; (b) took a bath to the said police officer; and (c) took a part of the said D’s left her chest at one time by hand, and served as the face part of the said E.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers on handling 112 reports.
