Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established under the Korea National Tourism Organization Act for the purpose of contributing to the development of the national economy and the promotion of national welfare by carrying out projects on promotion of tourism, development of tourism resources, research and development of tourism industry, and fostering and training of experts related to tourism, and the Defendant is a corporation established on February 26, 2013 for the purpose of operating and operating permanent performance halls for tourism.
