A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 11:20 on October 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering house, which was parked in the north-gu, North Korea on the 11:20 on October 5, 2017, and has not been corrected for any fright passenger car owned by the victim E; and (b) taken a vehicle into the victim’s wall, the amount of KRW 110,000 on the aggregate of KRW 50,000 on the part of the victim’s fright and KRW 50,00 on the part of the victim’s fright; (c) KRW 110,000 on the part of the victim’s fright; and (d) KRW 5,00 on the part of the fright; and

1. Intrusion on a structure, theft;
A. On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a first-come-served crime on April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (b) opened a cafeteria operated by the victim H located in North Korea-gu, Posi; (c) opened a cafeteria; (d) intruded into a restaurant; and (e) caused the theft of KRW 9,000 in total of the market prices owned by the victims in the air conditioners; (d) on September 1, 2017, the Defendant committed the first-served crime, around 10:0 on September 10, 2017, went into the senior citizens hall managed by the victims H; (e) opened a toilet door that was not locked to the elderly citizens hall; and (e) caused the Defendant’s intrusion into the toilet center, which was in charge of the damage by the victim during the night-time period; and (e) caused the theft of KRW 2,400,000 in total.
3. On October 2, 2017, the Defendant attempted to intrude upon residence and larceny: (a) around 11:00, the Defendant opened a window in the north-gu M at the port of port, and colors the object to be stolen by intrusion into the room, but did not have any stolen object.
