A. The parties concerned are educational foundations establishing and operating C University.
The Plaintiff graduated from the department of law at C University and completed the doctoral degree course at the same department, and was working as a part-time lecturer or a faculty member at the same department from September 2002, and supported the appointment procedure of a teacher with priority in education for the first semester in 2014, which was conducted by C University as follows.
B. Around November 2013, the Cuniversity, including the Defendant’s procedures for appointing teachers and the criteria for review, prepared a draft basic plan on the appointment of teachers and teachers with priority in education, which includes the following matters, after deliberation by the personnel committee and internal approval procedures.
