A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) was a person who worked for a singing in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, as an employee; and (b) on July 23:20, 2014, at the singing room around July 7, 2014, the Defendant received a victim’s e-bank card and password upon the victim’s request to withdraw KRW 400,000 in cash from the victim D, who was a customer.

around 23:29 on the same day, the Defendant withdrawn 40,000 won in cash from a G bank located in the same GuF at the same location using a cash withdrawal machine and used it for the victim. Around that time, the Defendant used it for personal purposes, such as living expenses, etc. at the Seoul branch.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

2. The Defendant, including computers, was in possession of the aforementioned cash withdrawal machine at a point of time one written document from the above victim G bank around 23:32 on the same day as paragraph (1).

D's physical card was put in and obtained a password, and then transferred KRW 6 million from the E bank account of D to the Defendant's post office account (Account Number: H).

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 6 million won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.

3. Larceny;

A. The Defendant, around 23:31 on the same day as Paragraph 1, was in possession of the said cash withdrawal machine at a point where one written document from the above victim G bank was located.

D 1 million won in cash has been withdrawn after inserting a e-mail card and taking a password.

B. On the same day as Paragraph 1, 23:39 on the same day, the Defendant withdrawn KRW 1 million in cash from the point south of the Victim G bank located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu in the same manner as Paragraph 3. A, and continuously withdrawn KRW 1 million in cash in the same way as that of the same day on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen three million won in cash over a total of three times.
